*** We cannot ship FedEx Ground or FedEx Express packages to a Post Office address. ***
Upon delivery, please take care in unpacking and inspecting your shipment. Small items are often overlooked, so please check through the packing material carefully. Bubble wrap is used to package goods only. It is never used as filler material.

Shipping Cut-Off Time
Our daily shipping cut-off time is 1pm, CST. If you need to place an order with expedited shipping, cut-off time is 3pm, CST. If you have any questions or assurance that the item(s) will be expedited, please call us at: 225.612.5533.
Shipping to Canada
We are happy to ship USPS or Federal Express to Canada, although we strongly suggest using the USPS. Wine and liquor can only be shipped via FedEx Ground Home or FedEx Express Delivery. We cannot ship liquor to a post office box or through the USPS.
All of our items are shipped 100% insured, included free.
Tax will only be added to sales within the Great State of Louisiana. 5% will be added (10% in East Baton Rouge Parish), as required by law.
Wine and Spirits
The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine or spirits ("the Product"), or of the legal drinking age in your State. By placing an order through this Site for wine or spirits, you are representing yourself to be at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. We require that an adult, 21 years of age or older, sign for the package if containing alcohol, upon receipt. Proof of identity in the form of a valid state driver's license will be necessary to retrieve the wine or spirit from the delivery agent. If no adult is available to sign for the product, the product will not be delivered and the carrier will leave a door tag notifying you that a delivery was attempted. After three attempts or the package is not claimed, the package will be returned to us. If the package is returned to us for any reason, We will refund you the price of the order, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred by us.
Wine and spirits are shipped solely via FedEx Express, FedEx Home or FedEx Ground. Please note that delivery to USPS Post Office Boxes is not possible and the order will be cancelled. We strongly advise you have the products shipped to a business address or held at a FedEx location, whenever possible.
Orders for wine or spirits may not be shipped where prohibited by law. Title of ownership for all alcoholic items transfers to buyer at time of purchase. Buyer assumes all responsibility for alcoholic shipments, and is assumed to be familiar with any and all applicable laws regarding shipment of alcohol to the destination provided.
Due to recent policy changes by FedEx, we CANNOT ship wine or spirits to: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, Canada or Puerto Rico.
We are not responsible for any breakage or damage of wine or spirit by said common carrier.
