This postcard features the factory in Fougerolles, France where Lemercier Freres (a popular absinthe maker at the time) made their bonbonnes, which were large glass bottles used to transport large amounts of absinthe. Today, these bonbonnes would be considered simular to a keg is to beer.

  • Circa 1880-1910.
  • Measures approximately 5.5" (14 cm) by approximately 3.5" (9 cm).
  • Made in France.
