Yvonne glasses were named by the way the bottom of the glass meets the stem causing something that resembles a "Y." They are among the tallest of absinthe glasses usually measuring upwards of 7" (18 cm) or more. Because of their low center of gravity, the glasses are regarded as being very sturdy.

Rare pair of Yvonne glasses. Round cuts circle each glass in two rows. Bottom of glasses are facet or panel cut. One glass has minor chip under base (see photo). On the smaller side of typical Yvonne glasses. Glasses are very thick. Glasses show a good amount of use as indicated by the wear (scatches) under the base.

Overall the glasses are in excellent shape.
